En 1981 une publication de la BBC
"Radio Times" faisait état d'une enquête s'efforçant de retrouver la
trace de l'artiste: en vain!
Et pourtant elle était toujours là. Voici
le site officiel pour tous ses admirateurs qui ne l'ont jamais oubliée depuis
le spectacle JESUS-CHRIST SUPERSTAR où elle tenait le rôle de Marie Madeleine.
Par sa présence, sa voix et sa beauté sur la scène du Théatre National du
Palais de CHAILLOT à PARIS, Anne Marie DAVID passait les feux de la rampe.
La presse fut unanime.
Une star était née.
Mais aprés une carrière plus internationale que Française elle décide de
quitter le métier en 1987 et de disparaitre des médias sans que l'on retrouve
sa trace.
En France, les plus grands auteurs et
compositeurs ont écrit pour elle: Bernard DIMEY - " Bab el Oued Mon
Amour" son premier single sous le nom Roger et Mauricette !!!- Vline
BUGGY, Eddy MARNEY , Roland VINCENT , Hubert GIRAUD, Michel MALLORY, Alice
DONA, Pierre DELANOE, Boris BERGMAN, Jean Pierre LANG et Guy MATEONI, Daniel et
Richard SEFF... Aujourd'hui Jean RENARD.
2004 Anne Marie DAVID a fait son retour
avec un Album CD live de 14 chansons enregistré au mois d'octobre 2004 au
Théâtre de CHARLEROI en Belgique devant 900 spectateurs " Live à
Charleroi" .

find Anne Marie
David's tracks: in vain!
But nervertheless she was still there.
For all the fans who never forgot her, since her performance in Jesus
Christ Superstar, in which she was a superb Mary Magdalene, this is
Anne Marie's official site.
With her presence, voice and beauty on T.N.P. stage in Paris in 1972, Anne Marie David has come in the limelight.
The press was unanimous: a star was born.
But after an International career more than a French one, Anne
marie David decided to leave show business, and disappeared from the
medias without leaving any track of her.
In France, the best writers and composers have written for Anne Marie.
Her first single was signed by Michel MAGNE for the music and Bernard DIMEY (the brilliant poet) for the lyrics.
Its release started like a joke between all them three. It became
a single called "BAB EL OUED MON AMOUR" sung in a duet , under
the name of Roger et Mauricette.
Later on celebrities like Vline BUGGY - Eddy MARNAY - Roland VINCENT ,
Hubert GIRAUD ,Michel MALLORY, Alice DONA, Pierre DELANOE, Boris
BERGMAN, Guy MATTEONI, Michel JOURDAN, Daniel et Richard SEFF have
written for Anne Marie.
In 2004 , Anne Marie David comes back with an album of 14 songs called
"LIVE A CHARLEROI" recorded at CHARLEROI's Theater in BELGIUM in front
of 900 persons...just magic !
